Introducing the perfect Yoga Trek off the popular and crowded trails of the mountains of Nepal. We enter the very heart of the Himalayas, a region with a strong Buddhist culture. The ethnic group living in Langtang is mainly Tamang, a population that comes from Tibet.
In this adventure you will find a new way to experience Yoga, Meditation and Trekking through the nature of the Himalayas. We will open our hearts by connecting with our deepest interior. On this tour we will enjoy a variety of experiences and activities:
Yoga
Meditation
Hiking
Culture and Tradition
Knowledge about the Himalayan mountains
We have an itinerary in which gastronomy adapts perfectly to our exercise. The Nepalese diet is abundant in vegetables, rice and legumes (the popular Dal Bhat) that will give us the strength and vitality we need for our adventure.
ABOUT LANGTANG REGION
Langtang National Park is one of our favorite regions. Far from the busy trails, we enter an authentic landscape in the heart of the Himalayas and participate in the culture, tradition and local life in the most real and close way. Located in the center of the Himalayas, it is about 30 kilometers from the city of Kathmandu. It contains the greatest variety of vegetation since it is found in both the subtropical and alpine zones. About 1000 plant species, 160 bird species and 30 mammal species have been recorded.
This area was greatly affected after the earthquake of April 25, 2015. There is history in every step, behind every look and behind every rock we leave behind. So many emotions will awaken your heart and open your spirit to a new perspective on life.
The adventure will begin in Syapru Besi, and soon we will find ourselves surrounded by the deep, lush forests, where bamboo and Rhododendron trees (the national flower of Nepal) grow. We meet the Langur monkey and see the popular bee hives that are suspended in the surrounding rocks where expert hunters climb with ropes and handmade ladders to collect the most delicious honey in Nepal.
Year 2024: From April 30 to 8, from April 13 to 23, from October 5 to 15 and from October 12 to 22.
