We climbed the sacred mountain Shiveet, home of the Ibex, to contemplate snow-capped peaks of more than 4000m. Our trip culminates in the Tavan Bogd Base Camp, surrounded by the Potanin and Alexanders glaciers, at 3000m altitude.
On the way back, we explore the Oigor Valley, visiting cave paintings and enjoying a well-deserved rest. At Ulgii, we meet Kazakh families with hunting eagles, immersing ourselves in their hospitality and unique culture.
