We invite you to a Trekking & Yoga & Meditation in a Paradise, the Pineta Valley, within the wonderful Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, it is a set of four valleys (Ordesa, Añisclo, Escuaín and Pineta) that extend like arms around Monte Perdido, the highest limestone massif in Europe.
The Pineta Valley is very long and is crossed by the Cinca River. This is born at the bottom of the valley, in the Pineta cirque in the waterfalls that fall from 3,000 m. of altitude. On the slopes of the valley we find a mixed virgin forest of black pine, beech, holly, among other species. In fauna we can see the bearded vulture or the sarrio.
A unique experience that will stay in your memory forever!
TREKKING/HIKING
We will do Trekking/Hiking every day. Trekking is already a constant meditation. You have to know how to find a rhythm between your steps and your breathing. Knowing how to listen to your heart, your breathing, the wind, the trees, the rain, the birds and when you are attentive and present, everything becomes magical and you become one with nature. During the outings there will be moments to refresh, relax and connect your body through conscious meditation exercises in privileged places. Conscious walks, with mild and medium difficulty, in privileged places in our Aragonese Pyrenees (between 5-6 hours long) Always accompanied by our expert Medium Mountain Guide who knows the area with who you will learn a lot. The pace will be gentle to be able to enjoy the spectacular landscapes that the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park offers us.
YOGA & MEDITATION
The Yoga practice will be directed by Amara Arilla, a yoga practitioner since 2000 when an ankle injury forced her to leave London and her work as dancer. She experimented in different yoga schools in Barcelona, when she finally met ANUSARA YOGA in Madrid and decided to train in this yoga discipline that preserves the base and postures of hatha yoga adding some principles of postural alignment and a large component of philosophy. As a complement to her yoga training, she studied Osteopathy for three years, which made her give a more careful and anatomical approach to her yoga classes. His passion for Asian culture made him travel to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Burma to continue practicing and training in Thai Massage.
Currently immersed in a Vedanta training (one of the most influential Hindu philosophies). All these years of travel and training have provided her with extensive experience that she transmits day by day to all her students. Amara dedicates all her efforts to transmit all the knowledge acquired and improve the quality of life of all people, both physically and emotionally.

Cinca Waterfalls and Llanos de la Larri:
The LLanos de Lalarri are connected to the Cinca waterfall through the beautiful Montaspro belt. From the Pineta parking lot, we begin the tour through the lush pine and beech forest at the bottom of the valley, and then follow a track that gently gains altitude until we reach the bridge over the Cinca River located at 1420 meters. After the bridge, we will take a path to the left that runs through lush vegetation and gains altitude until we reach a path junction; We take the path that marks Cascadas del Cinca; We leave the forest and enter a field of meadows and large rocks with some trees. The path becomes rocky and after a few zigzags we will reach the foot of the Cinca waterfalls.
We return along the same path, descending until we reach the track again at the height of the bridge over the Cinca and continue along the track in the direction of the Llanos de La Larri. The track runs comfortably in the shade of beech trees and with hardly any unevenness. Soon we will reach the waterfalls of the Barranco de Montaspro and a little further on to the bridge and waterfalls of the bridge over the Barranco de La Larri. We continue along the track until we reach a cattle fence from where the path decisively begins to gain height until we reach the Llanos de La Larri. Spectacular plain and valley of glacial origin of great width and extension, from here we will only have to travel the last part of the valley to reach the Barranco de la Larri Waterfalls.
We will return along the interpretive path that descends through a shady beech forest to the Hermitage of Pineta.

The Barrosa Valley is a kind of secret valley. It has the typical configuration of glacial valleys and is a real refrigerator during the winter. This was one of the old passes that linked France with Spain and has a very interesting geological past. Perhaps one of the most beautiful and harmonious glacial cirques in the Pyrenees under the masses of Robiñera and La Munia, both 3000 meters high. A good place to walk discovering wildlife and getting away from the busiest places where most tourists come. At the bottom of the valley, a beautiful mountain refuge awaits us so we can eat sheltered from the elements. The route is mostly flat except for the first fifteen minutes where we will have to overcome a small slope but in a very progressive way.
Distance 10 km / Elevation difference + 400 meters / Elevation difference – 400 meters
The Cinca Canal is a spectacular trail that runs from the town of Bielsa to the town of Tella. It was opened at the beginning of the 20th century as part of the works for the hydroelectric use of the Cinca River basin. It is a service road that takes water from the Pineta reservoir to the La Fortunada power plant.
It does so with hardly any unevenness allowed, taking a very comfortable and unique route, passing through tunnels dug into the rock and the remains of the infrastructure that forever changed the landscape of the Pyrenean valleys. It offers us an unusual aerial perspective of the devotas gorge and the valley. of the Cinca. The route is simple although it has some aerial passages but NOT exposed 13 km Elevation 300 +
