MANASLU ADVENTURES offers you 4 days of pure freeride skiing in an unconventional resort; without groomed slopes, without beacons that limit your descents and with descents of more than 2000 meters of elevation… designed for high-level skiers/snowboarders who want to discover this incredible terrain of play with the help of a professional guide. If snow and weather conditions allow, during these days you will descend some of the most spectacular and longest couloirs of your life, you will even have to rappel down some of them to continue skiing. Of course, under the careful supervision of a specialized guide.
You will receive an avalanche self-rescue and rope descent course to face the week safely and your guide will decide day by day according to the snow and weather conditions the best ski alternative.

It is required to be a good skier on all types of slopes. The program and the descents will be adapted to the level of the group.
Complete ski equipment (freeride skis, helmet, ABS backpack, etc.) safety equipment (Shovel, ARVA, Probe) technical material (Harness, anchor rope with safety carabiner, descender)
The Les Deux Alpes resort, twinned with La Grave, is a good place for your Guide to evaluate the skiing level of each participant. This ski area offers excellent piste skiing, as well as quantity and quality of descents from its 3600 meters to the side valleys with more than 2000 meters of elevation gain. During this first day, basic avalanche training will be carried out; with a search practice with ARVA and self-rescue protocol.
During this contact day we will travel the most classic itineraries both in the first part of the resort, P1 and Gare intermediarie, and in the upper sector, Glacier de la Girose, to ski from the glacier to the Melezes forests so characteristic of La Grave.
Vallons Classique, we will continue with the “Vallons de Chancel, couloir de la Banana, etc… During the day there will be rappelling practice, in preparation for the more technical days to come. Always under the advice and supervision of your guide.
If our technical level or the snow or weather conditions do not allow it, we will continue discovering corners of good snow in the countless descents that this freeride paradise offers.
