Without a doubt the best mountain skiing trip in the Pyrenees and if we consider doing it through the Catalan Pyrenees, without a doubt this should be the first option. The Carros de Foc route is very well connected with its comfortable shelters within the Aigüestortes i de l’Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, and offers us one of the most precious areas for lovers of ski touring. Fabulous valleys surrounded by large mountains, good descents, landscapes to frame and good mountain refuges characterize the Carros de Foc. After the great success that this trekking route had, there are many lovers of the winter mountains and especially skiers, who also want to enjoy the advantages that this winter trek offers.
