The user or consumer may withdraw from the requested or contracted services with a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the trip if the cancellation occurs more than one month before the start date of the trip. , 75% if it occurs between 29 and 15 days before the trip, and 100% within the last fifteen days prior to the day the trip begins. Likewise, if you do not show up at the scheduled departure time, you will not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, unless the parties agree otherwise. In the event that any of the contracted and canceled services were subject to special economic contracting conditions, such as aircraft charters, special rates, etc., the cancellation costs due to withdrawal will be established in accordance with the conditions agreed upon by both parties. .

If the contract is impossible to fulfill as a result of circumstances directly related to the health emergency (COVID-19), a voucher may be given to the consumer to be used within one year from the end of the state. alarm for the amount equal to the refund made. FLIGHT DELAYS AND ITINERARY CHANGES

Please keep in mind that outdoor activities, trips or adventures are always unpredictable. Bad weather in mountainous regions may cause delays to domestic flights. Manaslu Adventures, SL will not be responsible for delays or changes in itineraries caused by domestic flights or helicopter delays.

In case of delays in possible flights to the destination or within the activity, the agency will not assume the costs of accommodation in the city (Pension) and food (lunch and breakfast), and must assume these expenses. the airlines that manage the flights in question and in the case of cases totally outside the scope of action of the agency. If the client wishes to make an alternative arrangement, such as a helicopter flight, to avoid delays on international flights, all additional costs will be the client’s responsibility.

Manaslu Adventures, SL is not responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a missed international flight, but will help make alternative arrangements wherever possible. During the booked mountain activity, Manaslu Adventures, SL or the guide leading the trip may have to make some changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, adverse weather conditions, change of terrain due to landslides, safety of clients, etc.).

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF A SERVICE BY MANASLU ADVENTURES

All refunds and compensation are strictly limited to the money paid to Manaslu Adventures, SL and no responsibility is accepted for indirect personal expenses incurred as a result of or on account of this booking (personal expenses such as visas, vaccines, flights, car parking or other fees, loss of earnings or loss of enjoyment, etc.).

Manaslu Adventures, SL reserves the right to cancel a service unless its operation is guaranteed, refunding its value. Manaslu Adventures, SL reserves the right to cancel a service, including the Guaranteed Service, for reasons beyond its control (for example, due to natural disasters, cancellation of flights, consequences of strikes, industrial action, wars, riots, illness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, or other adverse occurrences).
