You can see here the report from last summer with a fantastic group: Report-Trekking-Tour-Cervino-del-15-august-24 or a video summary of trekking, this Summer 2024 is your turn!
Signposted only a few years ago, the Tour of the Matterhorn is an excellent alternative to the already classic and busiest tour of Mont Blanc, although it is somewhat more demanding in terms of physical conditions as it has to cross several hills of more than three thousand. meters of altitude and have some stages of up to 8 hours of effective march. We will cross the magnificent glaciers of Arolla and Théodule, and although this does not entail technical difficulties, at the height of Arolla we may have to use crampons depending on the state of the ice. As we have said, the best alternative to returning to Mont Blanc, in a unique and incomparable place.
It is without a doubt, one of the most complete treks in the Alps.
Trekking is accessible to anyone who maintains good physical condition. We have selected the Mountain Refuges that surround the Matterhorn for the quality of their services in both Accommodation, Restoration and Services to enjoy rest and enjoy the spectacular landscapes that surround them.
