Adventure in the Pyrenees

11:00 a.m. Transfer to the Val d’Aran.Approximate time: 4 hours. On this trip we will travel the Catalan roads crossing one of the most representative pre-Pyrenean massifs.
1:00 p.m. Lunch at the restaurant, stop to take a break and enjoy the views.
4:30 p.m. Arrival at the Hotel (stay 2 nights). Time to relax before the short walk.
5:30 p.m.  Short Hiking Route in one of the most representative places in the Val d’Aran: La Artiga de Lin. Beautiful views, waterfalls, easy terrain to warm up and the history of this place, known as one of the mountain passes of the Jews. to hide in Spain during World War II, and also used by the Spanish to hide in France during the Spanish Civil War. Go directly to the restaurant for dinner.

9:00 p.m. Dinner at restaurant recommended by us in the Valley. Adrian will accompany you to the restaurant.

8:00 a.m. Early breakfast
9:30 a.m. In the morning Via Ferrata in the valley. You will meet Carolina, your guide, in the Unha town parking lot. Unha meeting point. From here we will walk arrow 40 minutes to start this Intermediate Level Via Ferrata, classified as the best in the Valley; The Poi d’Unha via ferrata.
This ferrata is divided into 3 sections, of increasing difficulty. The first section is simple (k1) and is complemented by two bridges, one Nepalese and the other Tibetan. The second section already increases the difficulty (k3) with greater separation of staples. The great star of the route is its spiral staircase that ascends under an overhang. The third and final section is the most difficult part with a collapsed section and fewer staples to become K4. With 3 intermediate escapes and a top-notch installation, this route is almost perfect. Of course, you have to plan for a long walk with equipped sections to return.

2:00 p.m. Lunch at the restaurant  with a special tapas menu that consists of small plates of typical Aranese food with local products. Credit cards are not accepted . Reserve at our expense.
3:30 p.m. Relax at the hotel
5:30 p.m. Horseback riding from Vielha. From the main town of the valley we will begin an ascent towards the mountains that surround the center of the valley in the same way that our ancestors did. We will arrive at the Saliente viewpoint to appreciate the magnificent peaks that form the central part of the Pyrenean massif.
9:00 p.m. Dinner at the restaurant.

8:00 a.m. Early breakfast
9:00 a.m. E-Mountainbike in the Aigüestortes National Park. Starting from this precise town of Arties, crossing one of the most spectacular valleys. After meeting Adrián and taking the bikes from the rental, we will go up Valarties, with the Montarto Mountain as the protagonist. We will reach altitudes of around 2,300 meters above sea level, offering beautiful panoramic views of the Vall d’Aran. As we pass through the Pruedo plains we will probably find some snow melting from the winter. We will begin the descent towards the Aiguamog valley. Returning to the valley, we will ascend to the Base of the Baqueira Beret ski resort. Through its million-dollar bell towers we will reach the “camino royal”, which comes from Beret, and finally we will descend to the beautiful town of Bagergue, the highest in the Lleida Pyrenees, to eat in a typical Aranese restaurant.

2:00 p.m. Lunch en route at the Jardi dels Pomers. Reserve at our expense.
3:30 p.m. Begins an easy descent by bicycle to the hotel.
16:00 p.m Arrival at the Hotel. Shower and luggage collection.
18:00 p.m Transfer by car to Esterri d’Aneu, destination for the next day.
7:00 p.m. Arrival at the Hotel in Esterri d’Aneu (stay the next 3 nights)
9:00 p.m. Dinner. Recommended by us in the Valley. Reserve for our expenses.
